We had to get a backflow test done on our sprinklers so we called Impetus and they were awesome to deal with. They came out right away and Alvin was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had the test done in no time and they submit report to city on our behalf. We will definitely use them in future!

First time using Impetus Plumbing and was highly impressed by their quick responses and professionalism. Jason was very understanding and I appreciate how they utilized technology by sending text reminders to my phone, email address and digital quotes through their client hub. Their client hub allowed you to input your credit card payment, view upcoming appointments, request service, and let you know which plumber(s) will be arriving for the job. I liked how they quoted me a firm price and not have to guess parts, labour etc... after the job is completed. I hate second guessing for things like this as the price of everything has gone up.Joshua and Alvin arrived promptly and managed to change the washing machine hoses without having to move the stacked washer/dryer out of its place as it's fit quite snug (especially with modern day condos). They were like ninja's and I'm not sure how they are so flexible, but they managed to get behind the washer and dryer in a really tight space. I'm so glad my laminate flooring was safe since they didn't have to move anything! Josh and Alvin even managed to send me videos of their completed work.They also did a great job for a fellow neighbour of mine as she reached out to a few other places, but Impetus did everything right from a simple inquiry to executing the job the next day.Highly recommend as these guys are modern and not old school! Give Impetus a call, you won't be disappointed.

Was referred to Jason from Impetus by a neighbour. Jason was quick and professional on replies and helped organize an appointment to fit my schedule. Josh and Alvin came to replace washer hoses for my washing machine. Not only were they punctual, both were friendly and courteous. They were able to troubleshoot the narrow space and replace the hoses efficiently. Everyone I’ve dealt with so far at Impetus has been great with communication and customer service. Thanks Impetus. Woke up to no hot water today. I contacted Impetus Plumbing through a former tradesman who had done work here before. They were so prompt, quick diagnosis, expedient quote and they were able to complete the full workorder today.Josh and Michael were simply exceptional, professional, polite and helped troubleshoot an issue I had with equipment placement. Darryl Wong came highly recommended via a friend who had their high efficiency furnace serviced. And Darryl didn’t disappoint. He came and serviced our Viessman boiler. He took it apart and cleaned out the minor built up and explained what he was doing along the way. He was very thorough with the maintainance and I learnt a lot as well. He sent me photos and report of his findings. Definitely would recommend Impetus and Darryl to friends and family.
